Q: How to order?
A: 3 simple steps:-
1) ’Add To Cart’ for the item(s) you wanted to buy.
2) Once you confirm your decision, check out shopping cart, key in & submit your details.
3) Make payment.
We will mail out your item within 1-3 working days after we receive your payment. 
Q: How do i make payment?
A: For local buyer, we accept payments via Internet/ATM fund transfer from various banks.

Q: What is spree?
A: Spree means accumulating many orders & send in together to meet the minimum quantities requirement from the suppliers. (ie. Some overseas suppliers will only attend to you if you purchase more than 10-20 pieces.) You will have to pay half/full amount before the spree organiser will confirm your order. Usually, spree organiser will charge between $2-$10 on top of the cost price as their ’service charge’. Normal waiting time for stocks to arrive: 2 weeks - 3 months. And if the supplier is a cheat, the whole group will bear the loss instead of one person.
Q: Why is your price higher than spree price?
A: As we are taking in ready stocks for customers’ convenient, we have to take the risk of bearing the loss of un-sold apparels & bags. Hence, we have to mark the price higher to cover back for the loss of un-sold items. We also have to take the risk from meeting cheat suppliers on your behalf.
Q: Will your new stocks come in often?
A: Yes, usually 2 times a month, about 10-20 items, range from dresses, tops & plus sizes as majority.
Q: Can i cancel the order after i check out my shopping cart?
A: Yes, please email and inform us that you wish to cancel within 3 days from the day you check out your shopping cart. If we are not informed, we assume that you are still interested in our item and will expect your payment within 3 days.
